The recession has fueled a record level of unemployment among young workers and is likely to have a lasting impact on their job prospects, according to a congressional report released Wednesday.
The Joint Economic Committee's (JEC) report found that one in five workers between the ages of 16 and 24 was unemployed in April, even as the economy showed signs of recovery, adding more than 570,000 jobs during the first four months of the year.

If there is more unemployment in the countries, there is more economic crisis.
If there is more economic crisis, there is more dismissal.
If there is more dismissal, the families earn less money.
If the families earn less money, the little shops sink.
If the little shops sink, there is less consumption.
If there is less consumption, the state has got less money.
If the state has got less money, the tax starts to up.
If the tax starts to up, the families can’t pay it.

The picture of left is the Mediterranean diet. It contains fruits, rice, fish, vegetables, nuts and olive oil.
The picture of right is the Western-style diet. It's the typical hamburger with a lot of bad products.

The Population Health Research Institute came up with a list of heart-healthy foods as a guide to help us eat better. The “good” list contains vegetables, nuts and the Mediterranean diet. And the Western-style diet is on the “bad” list.
